How to fall asleep quicker, and stay asleep

Sleep is vital process, and makes a huge impact on our physical and mental health, as well as our day-today-wellbeing.

But sometimes sleep isn’t that easy to achieve.

Many things can disrupt your sleep. Often these reasons revolve around stress, worry or anxiety, or other health conditions. Sometimes there is no clear reason at all, but we still struggle to fall asleep and wake up multiple times overnight.

These free webinars are aimed at getting you sleeping better. They cover;

  1. What sleep actually is

  2. How sleep is controlled

  3. Sleep hygiene - what it is and when it’s useful (and when it’s not useful!)

  4. Rebuilding the link with sleep

  5. Managing anxious and worrisome thoughts around sleep

  6. Q&A - an opportunity to ask any sleep questions you like

You can appear anonymously in the webinar, or with your own name - whichever you prefer. We encourage interaction, but there is no pressure to speak if you don’t want to, and we don’t ask questions of the crowd!

There are some free resources at the bottom of the page to get you started.
